Class action lawsuits in areas ranging from product liability to discrimination helped set a new record in 2024, passing the $40 billion mark for the third year in a row. That’s according to the Duane Morris Class Action Review 2025 that was released today.

Apple, Meta, and Walt Disney Company were among the companies whose class action lawsuits were settled for millions of dollars or more last year.
