Colleen M. Hopkins is a key member of the DGIM Law team, and her work is invaluable to delivering excellent client service. With more than 20 years of experience as a trusted paralegal, legal assistant, case administrator, and paralegal supervisor, she excels at managing cases, and colleagues!

She brings an invaluable perspective to each case, including complex litigation, contract negotiations, consumer and business bankruptcy matters, white-collar litigation, and appellate work. In addition to her extensive legal knowledge, Colleen has a deep understanding of legal technology, overseeing, developing, and implementing the firm’s deep commitment to advancing digital processes.

Prior to joining DGIM Law, Colleen worked at some of Florida’s largest law firms, rising through the ranks to become a senior paralegal and managing legal assistants and paralegals. She played an integral role in many Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, securing favorable outcomes for both clients and managing partners.

When not at the office, you can find Colleen working remotely from the Florida Keys, attending her children’s various afterschool activities, practicing her yoga skills, giving back to the many charities she is involved with, and walking her dog Coco.
